Time: 45 minutes
Organisation:
-Set up half pitch.
-Split players into 2 teams.
-Red 4-2-3
-Blue 3-3-3
Exercise:
-Play 2 20 minute minute periods.
-First 20 concentrate on the defending side.
-Second 20 on the attacking side.
-After every play attacking team always resumes the play.

Exercise:
-Play 2 halfs of 20 minutes.
-Switch some players around half time.

Exercise 1: Pressing Drill. (20 mins)
Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-20x15 grid twice.
-Split players into 4 even teams.
-Put players into each grid with 1 from each staying in opposition grid.
Exercise:
-Coach serves ball to a team to start in possession.
-That team aims to play the ball in their grid and then get the ball to team mate in other grid.
-Team out of possession must press the the team in possession as quickly as possible with all 4 allowed to go into opposite grid.
-If they win the ball they take the ball into their own grid and perform same role and other team must press.
-Play 3-5 minute periods then switch players.
