Organisation of session
Players dribble the ball out around pole and shoot then become keeper. Very young players may run around pole with ball in hand then drop to shoot.
Coaching Points
Strike with laces/instep
Keep head down over the ball
Use opposing arm in strike for better balance and power
Focus first on hitting the target
Progression
1.Players now beat central pole with a move before shooting
2. Players zig zags around middle then top pole before turning to shoot.
Olders can integrate passes before shooting

Players at each end on diagonal
Player dribbles out and attacks goal.
If they score or ball goes over end line then new attacker comes out with ball and previous attacker now becomes a defender
Coaching Points
Attacker:
Look to commit defender by driving at them
Be brave and creative to try things to score
Keep head up and observe def
Defender:
Approach quickly to apply pressure and stop attacker advancing. Be sure to slow down and move feet in last few meters
Get side on and low so can step forward and back
Use arms to compete with attacker and recover ball
