POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS:
- After every attempt to score the throwing object is changed.
- On coaches command all teams swap pitch (can't move with the ball)

Teamwork/Communication (40 mins)
SET UP: Pitch is split into 4 squares with teams of 4 in each square. Cannot move with ball, can teams pass the ball in number sequence.
PROGRESSIONS:
- Players move to a new space after passing the ball
- Coach shouts out a number, that number must move to the next square (clockwise)
- Object swap, ball is passed to the next square.
- Coach shouts out "# defend" that number must move to the next square and become defender. Can team maintain possession for 10 passes
- New object, player in possession runs to shaded area to change object which is being passed.
New square - Whole team moves to the next square.
- An "orbit ball" is added to the game which means 1 team will have 2 balls in their square, on "orbit change" it moves to the next square
- "Colour defend" players of the colour shouted can go and try and get anyones object, can other teams do 10 passes to get a point.
