Passing drill Stage 1.
Split group to x1 ball between 2 players,Through the gatesThe aim is to pass the ball from one player to another betweenthe Red cones (gates)Start off with shorter distance between players and biggerdistance between the gates.Count how much passes you can do back and forth without hittingthe cones.As the passing gets better, increase distance betweenplayers and make the gap between the Red cones shorter, againcounting who can pass the ball back and forth most without hittingthe cones.(Drinks break)

Passing & Shooting Drill:
Split group to 2 groups of 3, 4, 5 pending numbers available,Position a player to each cone (1/2/3)The ball starts with player at cone 1, passes to player at cone 2and then player at cone 2 pases to player at cone 3 who shootstowards goal.Each player to move to next cone once drill is completed, i.e.player at cone 3 with move to cone 1, player at cone 1 moves tocone 2 and player at cone 2 moves to cone 3.x2 reps of the drill.

Passing & Shooting Drill:
Split group to 2 groups of 3, 4, 5 pending numbers available, Players are to dribble ball around each cone (1/2/3) then at cone 3 They shoot towards goal.
Each player to move to opposite group after their shot at goal taking the ball with them.
Reps of the drill done enough times (3-4 on each end) to see improvement in Dribbling, ball control during change of direction, and shots at goal.

Game Sim:
3v3 no contact / tackling (Shadow pressure)
Team with ball will have to be accurate with passing, Teamwithout ball must try and intercept passing channels andprotect the goal.
Insert grid in front of goal so teams must score from outsidethe grid, and the defending.

Warm Ups (5 mins)
Warm-up:
Player per grid with a ball each.
First warm up without the ball by jogging on the spot, star jumps,knees to the chest, 20 second per rep x2
Leave ball at centre of grid, move forward to the front of your gridthen backwards to the ball, side steps to the right hand side ofthe grid and then back to the ball, backwards to the back of yourgrid and then back to the ball, then side step to the left and back tothe ball x2 reps.
With ballMove freely within your grid using both feet to control the ball asclose as possible to your feet.
Coach to shout 3 different commands for player to react wheninstructed i.e.
1 = Stop with one foot on ball.
2 = Stop moving and "Toe Tap" on the ball.
3 = Stop and hold ball above head.
Dribble ball around the grid by moving to your right (clockwise) until you reach your own grid. Then go left (anti-clockwise) until you reachyour own grid again. x2 reps(Drinks break)
