Players form 4 groups (2x3 & 2x2) and line up opposite of each other. First players with the ball (line of 3 opposite each other) drive forward and stop the ball a yard in front of the centre cone. They then progres forward and collect the opposite ball and pass left and follow their pass joing the back of the line. The next two players perform the same exercise.
Progression: Pass to the right.

4v4+ 2. The back 4 vs. the midfield 4 with the team with possession receiving support from the 2 strikers (Centre forward + Attacking mid 9/10) who play outside the box.

Players rehearse movements in the box for crosses coming in from the wide areas. The full backs and Wingers take in turns to deliver crosses from the left and right.
