Set up: 2 Fields, 4 lines on the same side of the field. Players are going 2v1 trying to score in the opposite goal. The defender is only trying to win the ball.
How it works: First defender is a volunteer. From then on, the LAST offensive player to touch or play the ball goes and retrieves it, while the other becomes the defender for the next group. He turns, and defends the next group coming onto the field.
Focus: Making good decisions, when to push around the defender and when to make the pass

Set up: Two teams, 4 goals, 3 cones on one side and two on the other.
How it works: Defending team will always play across to the attacking team. Using their numbers advantage, the attacking team looks to score in one of the two goals. If the defenders win the ball, they can possess and try to score in the other goal. Ball goes out of bounds, or a goal is scored, two teams off two new teams are on.
Focus: Making good decisions on the ball, When to dribble and when to pass.
PROGRESSION: after a goal is scored or the ball goes out of bounds, the attacker who last touched the ball becomes the sole defender, and the defending team now becomes the attacker, and goes 2v1.
ADAPTATION : Use large goals and Goal Keepers

Set up: Make two fields, with a mini goal at the end of each field. Include a cone line a little ways out from the goal. Two lines opposite of the goals.
Drill: Players play 1v1 against each other. The attacker has to cross the cone line in order to score. Once play is finished, the attacker quickly rotates and becomes the defender for the next player in line. Defender retrieves the ball, and returns to the back of the line.
Focus: Good defensive posture, closing quickly, transitioning to defense, not diving in
