- 3 zone Possession game with 4 mini-goals.
- In Possession - You must look to always have 3 players in each zone.
- In possession - You are constantly looking to draw the opponents in to then switch play/zones.
- Defensively - Your team must shift to the 2 closest zones to the ball (Leaving the furthest zone open)
- Game is played with certain constraints & ways to earn points.
- Offensively - Play below head height for the 1st couple of Reps.
- Limit touches in certain zones (i.e - 2 touch central zone, Unlimited in the flanks)
- Number of consecutive passes gets you a point.
- Cannot play backwards once the ball has been switched (Forcing forward runs, passes)
- Defensively - If you win the ball in one zone & can score in the mini-goal in that zone = 2 pts.
- If your team has turned the ball over & you can Win it back within 3 passes = 1pt
