Organisation:
Divide the sixth in half again using cones
One player on each side of the half
balls kept on the outside of the area
Practice:
Players must head the ball in to the other half trying to score a point by getting the ball to touch the floor.
The other player must head it back creating a game of head tennis the player with the most points wins.

Remove all cones creating an open rectangle
Place goals at either side of the area.
One colour set of player on one side and the other on the other.

Progression is the players have to score using their head it could come from a chip or a long ball there is no rules how the ball his the head as long as it’s not using hands if there is goal keepers then the keeper may choose to throw at attackers head.

Practice:
The two players must head the ball between each other trying to keep the ball up or throwing it keeping it in the air at all times.
Mechanics:
Eyes open
Head ball using forehead
Use neck and back muscles for power
Arms out for balance stay on toes
Head top to middle of the ball/ for defensive headers head lower to middle of the ball
Attacking go for accuracy/ defending go for distance.
