Skill Application-Dribble with a purpose (25mins): Free dribble, when coach blows the whistle player must dribble from inside to out OR outside to in. Which ever area player enters first he must finish at same area (i.e.-inside, outside, inside).
Variation: Must do skill move before enter any area.
