1st - 2 minutes working as a pair with no balls.
2nd - 1 minute with one working, one serving, then change roles.
3rd - 1 minute with one working, one serving, then changeroles.
Without Ball
Players work together. Sprint out to Mannequin 1, jockey backward to start position, then sprint forward to mannequin two, turn and sprint back to mannequin 1, recovery(40%) is between 1st mannequin and start position. As soon as player reaches start position, repeat but longer run to mannequin three.
With Ball
Player 1 passes to player 2 and sprints quickly towards him. Player 2 dribbles the ball pushing player 1 back. When they get to start position, player 1 wins ball and dribbles leaving ball on mannequin 1 and contiunes sprinting to mannequin 2 and then back to start, repeat drill followed by a run to mannequin 3.
Keep repeating for 1 minute, then reverse roles.

Without ball
Working together, players sprint to opposite 18yard box and back, then slow jog the other 18yard box back to start position, then repeat run.
With ball
Player dribbles ball to half way line, Sprints to 18yard box, turns and sprints, passes ball to resting player at start line, then slow jog in and repeat run.

Without ball
Sprint to mannequin 1, spin and sprint towards mannequin 2, drop shoulder and slalom through mannequin 2 and 3 and sprint towards mannequin 4. Change sides with slow jog.
With Ball
One working and one serving. Sprint to mannequin 1, receive ball from partner, dribble ball through mannequins and shoot into goal. Swap sides and repeat

Reps - 3

2 Centre backs -
They both start at same time, quick feet through cones, move side ways to pole without crossing feet over, sprint forward to 2nd pole, turn and sprint to pole 3. Then make recovery run to do same run on other side. Keep working for 2 mins.
Progession -
One working, one serving ball. Once player has worked sideways to pole 1 and sprints forward to pole 2, server throws for a header, then turn and sprints to pole 3. Working for 1 minute. 2 reps each.
