Players will go to Area 1, followed by Area 2, then finally to Area 3.
Area 1: 5 minutes.
Area 2: 10 minutes
Area 3: 15 minutes

Area 1:
5vs2 or 6vs2 in each box. Plenty of Balls dotted around to keep the games going. Whoever gives the ball away goes in the middle. Get touch right and get tempo going.

Area 2:
Dynamic Warm Up. This will consist of:
Hamstring Sweeps, Lunges, Opening the Groin, Closing the Groin, Kicking the Door Down, High Kicks, Tip-Toe Calf Walk, Across Body Volleys, High Skips, Heel Flicks, High Knees, Straight Leg Flicks.
Followed by:
Shuffle Out and Back then Sprint
Shuffle Back, Header then Sprint
Both Together and Sprint

Area 3:
3 Teams of 5 players. Team 1 plays Team 2 in the middle while Team 3 are on the outside at either end, with one player acting as a common player in the middle.
To score a goal, teams have to switch the ball from one set of end players to the other.
3 Games of 3 Minutes.
First game - get used to the game
Second Game - improve quality on the ball
Third Game - really high tempo pressing when not in possession
