You Know The Drill 1 (20 mins)

Setup: Two cones or mannequin at edge of D, with cones positioned at stations as shown.

1. Receive pass from A, turn to player's left and shoot

2. Receive pass from A, turn to player's right and shoot

3. Receive cutback from 3 and shoot

4. Receive cutback from 4 and shoot

After each shot, player returns to blue cones.

Keep note of scores as follows:

- 1 point for a goal

- 2 points for side netting

- 3 points for top bins

You Know The Drill 2

1. Dribble to red cone and shoot - one/two touches after cone

2. Receive pass from A, turn to player's left and shoot

3. Receive pass from A, turn to player's right and shoot

4. Collect ball from blue cone, play 1-2 with B and shoot

5. Receive cutback from 5 and shoot (first time), return to green cones

6. Receive chipped pass from 6 and shoot (first time)

Keep note of scores as follows:

- 1 point for a goal

- 2 points for side netting

- 3 points for top bins
