Through the Gates

Warm up (5min)

Players without a ball will run through the gates as many times as they can in one minute with 1 minute rest in between.

Positives +

  •  conditioning

Positives

  • creating good habits (head slightly up, keeping the ball close in small spaces)
  • confidence on the ball

  • Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast! (You will complete more accurate passes and get the ball back faster if you make a good pass instead of forcing it.)
