I've added the same drill (soccer rugby) to this session because I didn't get a chance to use it last session

Organization:
Cones set up in small diamond. Players are lined up a few yards back as shown in the picture. No balls to start.
Instructions:
First player in line starts running towards the diamond. The players perform different movements/dribble skills that the coach will demonstrate. Two players will go at the same time per diamond (opposite from each other). It is very important that everyone moves in the direction (left or right) so they don't collide. Balls will be added after the players understand the idea.
Coaching Points (with the ball):
- exagerate the move (sell it)
- accelerate out of the move
- close the door after the move to put your body inbetween the ball and the defender
Progressions/Regressions:
P- remove the cones
P- incorporate step-over, fake shot, etc.
R- slow down the tempo
R- only go one direction at a time (not facing each other)

Organization:
The set up is just like any small sided game, except there is an added zone behind the goal (about 5 yards).
Instructions:
The game is called soccer rugby. The players can only pass the ball backwards or sideways (towards their own goal). Goals are scored by shooting into the small goals or dribbling the ball and stopping it under controll into the extra zone (behind the goal). This game encourages dribbling and getting forward with the ball.
Coaching Points:
- Recognicing spaces to dribble the ball into
- Ball control
Progressions/Regressions:
P- add players
P- make the space smaller
R- remove players
R- add a neutral player

Organization:
3 vs 3 with 2
Instructions:
• Free play
• Players organized in a 2-1 or 1-2 to allow ample spaces for running with the ball and penetrating using the dribble.
• Restarts
-All restarts are a dribble in or a pass in, but are still in direct
Coaching Points:
1) Recognizing moments to penetrate
2) Creating traingle as big as possible (width/length/depth) to help create gaps to penetrate
3) Encourage players who find and exploit gaps in between defenders
Progressions:

Tag (10 mins)
Organization:
Two cones form a gate that is guarded by a defender (players will rotate). Attackers are lined up as shown in the picture. No balls.
Instructions:
By using changes of direction, the attackers are trying to run through the gate without getting tagged by the defender. If the defender tags the attacker, the attacker becomes the defender. If the attacker manages to run through the gate without being tagged, the defender has to keep defending the gate.
Coaching Points:
- using changes of direction to throw the defender off balance
- run at defender with speed
- not only change of direction, but change of pace as well
Progressions/Regressions:
P- move cones closer together
P- add defenders
R- move cones further apart
