Ball manipulation Warm Up (15 mins)

Organisation - 2 sets of players Dribblers in the middle and the sets of players who start on the outside.

Dribblers in the middle have the free roam of the whole area, manipulate the ball with different parts of the feet their only challenege is to try get as many touches on the ball as they can.

Outside dribblers will practice ball skills that they are given.

1 - Fast feet

2 - Big toe / Little toe

3 - Toe taps

4 - Inside 1 foot / Outside of other

5 - Sole roles

Organisation -

A = Dribble and shoot

B = one-two with player A and shoot

C = 1v1 against player B

Rotation - Player A goes to B, B 1v1 against C then goes to C, C becomes A.

Progressions

A = Dribble and Shoot

B = 1v1 against player A

C = 2v1 with player A against Player B

A = Dribble and Shoot

B = 1v1 against Player A

C = 2v1 choice Player C calls out team-mates name.

A = Dribble and shoot

B = 1v1 against player A

C = attacks against A+B and attempts to score
