Set up
Field divided into 4. Two teams divided into the 4 zones. Set up like diagram
Description
Ball starts in zone A. White move the ball as quick as they can and look to penetrate though to center forward (#9) (zone C). There are two wide (#7 and #11) players outside of the square. The aim for white is to keep possession. They try and get the ball back to 1 but must not skip a zone. So they can go out to #11 or #7 then find #10 or #6 in Zone B. This will show the players being able to move up and support the next pass. Yellow in Zone D can move into Zone C once the ball enters the box. If yellow win the ball at any time they switch with White.
Coaching Points:
Movement off the ball including supporting runs
Quality of technique of passing and first touch
Timing of movement
Decision making and not forcing the pass

Set up
The same but now we add a #6 to each team
Description
By adding a defender within the midfield block, pressure is not only put on the block of players, but now the forward must read the tactical cues of the midfield group which leads to an actual play. Players do not need to connect to everyone to score however the #9 must touch the ball. Defenders score by passing to server after winning possession.

Description
Only one FB (#2 and #3 can enter the play encourging numbers up in wide areas) ball does not have to pass through the #9 but is encouraged. The server acts as a #5 for yellow and a #9 for white. White score by finding server or countering to the mini goals.
