4 gates set up on each side of the grid
Instructions:
Players in possession try to complete 5 passes to get a point.
Players in the middle try to win it and dribble through one of the gates if they win it.
Coaching Points:
+ Defenders -- Make play predictable
+ Attackers - receive farthest foot, sharpen angles
+ Transition from defense to attack - look for simplest play (away from pressure)
+ Transition from attack to defense - Immediate pressure, cut off passing lanes

Organization:

7 whites vs 3 blues in the grid.
4 blues in each gate on each side of the grid.
Instructions:
Whites keep possession and score by completing 6 passes.
If blues win it they pass to a blue on the outside and all 4 blues join in and are replaced by 4 whites. It now becomes 7v3 to the blue team.

+ When you win the ball play simple, play what you face

Balls in each goal
Activity:
2 teams play 4v4 where one team tries to score and the other tries to win ball to attack other zone/goal.
If Defending team gets ball out of zone, the attacking team stays in that zone to defend.
Coaching Points:
+ On defense be in a 3-1 formation
+ On attack, be in a 1-3 formation
+ Quick transitions from defense to attack (fullbacks get wide, GK play quickly)

Using the NetBall:
+ Pass with inside of foot sideways, control with outside of other
+ Inside of foot forward, inside of foot behind standing leg
+ V's with inside - switching feet on each touch
+ V's with outside - switching feet on each touch (need to move side-to-side with little steps to create room for body)
+ Inside of foot, over head, receive with inside of opposite foot
+ Inside of foot, over head, receive with sole of opposite foot (stop dead)
+ Laces straight forward - switching feet each time
