Split your players up into four teams. Place four or more ‘pieces of gold’ (balls) in each pocket.
Each team begins the game at its own pocket of gold. On your command players are free to ‘pick’ other teams pockets by sprinting to steal balls and taking them back to their own pockets by dribbling. (Each player must deposit the ball they stole themselves.)
Play for about 90 seconds. The teams win a point for each ball deposited in their pockets and the team with the most balls in total gets a bonus point. Play a number of rounds until a team reaches 20 points.

Set-up: 40 x 15 yard area.
The player must try to run across the area and get to the opposite side without being tagged by the defenders. The defenders are not allowed to move forward or backwards, they must stay on their line to defend. This is done without a ball. To develop the drill, now have the players complete the same exercise but with a ball at their feet. The players must dribble at the defenders and go past them to the other side.

Earthquake
Set up a square big enough for everyone inside to have room to dribble freely. The players dribble around in the area, avoiding one another and avoiding the coach who puts pressure on slow moving players. When the coach yells “earthquake” everyone must leave her own ball and find a new one before the earthquake is over (after the coach counts to five). If any player has not found a new ball by the end of earthquake, then the whole team must run a lap around the square or do some other activity announced by the coach.
Variations
Use disc cones to make small triangles around the field. When the coach yells “earthquake, each player must find a triangle to stand in for safety before the count of five.
Set up cones around the outside of the square. When the coach yells “earthquake, each player must dribble around one of the cones and back into the square. No two players can dribble around the same cone.
