1v1 20min
Players split into 2 teams. We play 1v1 with two goals on each side. There is a shooting line each end so players can only score once they crossed the shooting line. Before entering the pitch, players have to run around one of their goals. If the ball goes out of bounds, coach throws another ball in. Winner stays on. After scoring a goal, player has to run around one of his goals and another player from opposite team comes on. First team to get to 10 points wins.
We encourage using the skills learnen in our sessions.

Small sided game.
4v4 to 6v6
A full game but players have to move together as a team. A goal can only be scored if the whole team crossed the halfway line. Similarly the defending team can only tackle if the whole team are on their half. this should encourage players to run and not hang around in one area of the pitch.
