4vs1 in a 7x7m central zone begin the practice.
If the four players in the central zone complete ten passes they breakout and attack one of two goals. The defending team will have five players, they must win the ball and score in the opposite goal.
If the one player wins the ball from the four players in the central zone he passes into teammates in receiving zone. Whichever receiving zone that player passes to his team attack the opposite goal as a 5vs4.
Progress
• Start two defenders in the central zone.
• Team in possession in the central zone need six passes to breakout.

Objectives/Rules
Five players play versus four defenders starting in the start zone
Objective is for the attacking team to score as
many goals as possible within three minutes into goal (A).
If the defending team win possession they play into one of two target goals (B) in order to deduct points from the attacking team
Can add passes to break for attacking team
Spare team off ready to swap over. Could play in lines
Progress
Change to turn and burn, if defence score in 2 goals they go to A goal.

One team attempts to keep ball, if possession lost the defending team can break out to attack to score.OR both teams need to make a certain number of passes before they can break out. Break out can include dribbling or passing to another. Players can attack in either direction
Progressions:
Place 2 defenders versus one attacker in end zones; Allow 1
player only to join in to make 2 vs 2 or more Add an extra attacker in end zone to make 2 vs 2 Player who makes pass must join. Any player can join.

5v5+2 GKs with 5 common players
Common players 1 or two touches
3 Passes and break to goal, team who scores retains possession and attack opposite goal. Losing team are replaced by third team (common players)
If the team shoot and miss, two player have to run around cone and recover before they can tackle.

White Team - look to transfer the ball from end zone to end zone A - A
Defending team (red) win the ball, they will look to score in one of two main goalsto reverse roles. Joker players work with the team in possession.
Can Tweak numbers to suit, can play side line transfer to sideline then if defence win break to goals

The team in possession will keep the ball in a 4vs2.
The team chasing possession will leave two teammates in the opposite zone. Two players will attempt to win the ball.
If the team chasing possession win the ball they must pass to their teammates in the opposition zone in other to become the team in possession. The team who lost the ball will send two players in to chase for possession.
The team in possession need to react quickly if the lose the ball in an attempt to stop the ball being transferred to the opposite zone (Counter Pressing).
If a ball leaves the playing zone the practice will restart with the team who did not kick the ball out of bounds.
