Technical (10 mins)

  • Quick feet on the cross & in the throw transition.
  • Stable Catch.
  • Center of gravity on the front foot.
  • Hand with the ball comes from behind, the free one gives direction & balance.

Small Side Game (15 mins)

5v5 game where one player from each team when is delivered a hand pass from goalkeeper, can enter end zone, without been marked.

Goalkeepers after handling the ball, have to play quickly on side end zones, using hand distribution.

The distribution in every side box must be different.

Main field dimensions 45mx20m, End Zone 45mx5m
