Coach yellows and manage blues
MANAGEMENT OF SESSION.
Try to let them play for a while to encourage disorganized and messy situations.
allow restarts to take place from the blue Gk. this will regularly manufacture situations where the blues will have plenty of opportunities to break down and try to penetrate
Blues- try to play through the yellows to score.
Yellows - Drop deep to counter, try to encourage blues to disorganize the yellows through wide play, and link up play through the middle. create situations where the yellows are both in balance and out.
Try to work from the striker back to Gk. looking at distances between units and players.
Sliding and screening.
Cover and balance of the yellow team.

play starts from the blue 5, blues look to score a goal by breaking down the yellows.
Yellows try to defend the goal and if they manage to re-gain possession of the ball can try to score in the mini goals,
if the ball goes out it must reset from the no 5
