Session Outline (20 mins)
Attackers (in orange) each get one attack, they must decide amongst themselves how many players they will commit to each attack. Once a player has had a turn, they cannot have another.
Defenders (in white) play by the same rules, each defender gets one turn only, the defenders must quickly assess the situation and send in as many as they think they need.
Once all three balls are used, the teams swap roles.

Help for Attackers (10 mins)
If the attacking team are struggling, you may want to add in 'safe zones' where an attacking player can take the ball and the defenders cannot enter. This should give the player some time to regain composure and think about their next move. You may want to add in your own rules regarding the 'safe zone' such as a time limit.

Add in two small gates on the wings to give the defenders an objective should they win the ball back.
