SAQ Interval Trainning (10 mins)

1) Sprint without the ball,

2) dribble the ball trought the cones,

3) make a pass against a wall

4) turn with your first touch,

5) Sprint to the far cone.

6) Perform different turn in each cone.

7) Recover

Repeat the circuit as many times as you can and try to reduce the time of execution.

Ball control circuit (10 mins)

1) Start juggling the ball,

2) then drop the ball and dribble the ball trought the cones,

3) turn and spring to the far cone,

4) go around each cone,

5) finish with a sprint throught the cones,

6) recover.

Interval Training

A. Players Juggles the ball 15 times then sprints, goes around the cone and comes back to the center.

B. Player does 7 push ups then sprints with the ball, goes around the cone and comes back to the center.

C. Players does 2 scissors, 10 toe taps, 10 inside-inside, then sprints goes around the cone and comes back to the center.

D. Player sprints to the cone, then goes back back pedaling to the center.
