Super 7 Sprint

1, Player will complete 7 sprints along the 30m course

2, Upon reaching the finishing line the player has 25 seconds to walk/jog back to the beginning before completing his remaining sprints.

3, Record the time of each sprint with a stop watch and write information down.

4, Now look at the fastest and slowest times, and compare allowing you to work out the Fatigue rate of the pla.

5, Add all 7 scores together and divide by 7 to gain the mean average of the player (the aim is to have a small gap between all scores).

6, A high score represents a players poor ability to recover from a sprint

7, If a player falls during the exercise discount this score from the results.
