Technical practice emphasizing passing of varying distances beginning with unopposed play and working to opposed play. Maximizing tsupport triangle sizes, effective movement off the ball, distances from defenders, anlgles of suppoert, timing of passes, quality of passes, etc.

Four groups play 3v1 in each small square. Perimeter players serve balls into attacking team. Defending player (red) becomes next server. Rotate players to occupy all roles. Upon winning the ball the red defending player attempts to dribble out of the square or pass out to the server who moves to support on the permeter.

Play 6v2 with on each side of the big square. Confine attackers to each original small square. Two defenders in each game of 6v2 can go where they like.

If defenders win the ball they transition immediately to attack and shoot on goal. Attackers transition to defend and seek to win the ball back immediately and any block shots.

Three blue players in each small sqaure play one and two-touch short passes amongst themselves inside the small squares.
Four red players, one in each square plaay medium range passes amongst themsleves inside the larger square.
Four players in black play longer range passes outside and around the perimeter of the entire area.
