Organization:
- As much space as needed, each player with a ball.
Instructions:
- Before the start of session, either inividual juggling or a large group rondo arrival activity.
- Ball mastery warmup, focusing on dribbling using different parts of the foot, changing speed, direction, and allowing the players to incorporate different skills and movements with their dribbling.
- Challenge the players with added pressure of time or # of touches
Coaching Points:
- Preparing ourselves physically and mentally for the session
- What are the different areas of the foot we would use and why?
- Head up as we are looking for open space, instead of going in a circle or a line can we change our direction and try and cover as much of the pitch as possible.
- Close control, one step in between every touch, how is our body position? Position of our foot?
- When taking bigger touches and exploding into space, what changes with our body position?
- Turning to find new space, identifying where the space is and moving into it.

Organization:
- Space adjusted as needed
- Marker in the middle to act as a trigger point, if need be, markers can be placed for each group rather than only one, to make it easier to start
- Players in groups of 2 or less to ensure 1 to 1 W/R ratio
Instructions:
- Players are dribbling to the marker in the middle and as they get close, execute the specific turn
- On their way back, they pass the ball to their teammate waiting who then proceeds to execute the same action
Coaching Points:
- What is speed and dribbling like as we approach the marker compared to when we execute the turn and move away from the marker?
- Messi vs Ronaldo touches, when, where, and why?
- How are we executing each turn? Body shape? Placement of feet? Shoulders dropping? Lower center of gravity, exploding upon turning, etc
- Checking shoulders to see whats behind and around us

Organization:
- Space adjusted as needed
- Goals have their backs to each other with space in between as shown
Instructions:
- 1v1 where the ball is served past the goals
- Players can score in either goal, and numerous groups can go at the same time
Coaching Points:
- Reinforcing the points made earlier.
- Checking shoulder to see where the defender is
- When we identify the defender and the space we want to attack, what type of turn should we execute
- How can we use our body to pin the defender and create more space for ourselves?
- What type of dribbling are we doing before and after the turn?

- Tag game where the taggers are trying to throw their pinnie at the dribbler's ball.

Coaching Points:
- Using a tag game to create a whole-part-whole session progression
- What type of dribble are we doing and why?
- Head up looking for open space, looking for the defender
- How can we use our body to protect the ball?
- What can we do to put our body in between the ball and the defender while always staying in control?
