-20x20 area
-3 goals (ball on top of a cone) on both ends
Activity
- 4v4/5v5 in the box (Diamond Shape)

- First team to knock down all 3 balls wins.
- Every time the ball goes out the ball will restart from Coach.
Coaching Points
-Head down at the point of contact
-Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
-Contact foot – laces (instep)
-Body weight forward, chest and knee over the ball at contact
-Follow through landing on striking foot
In this activity we are looking for players to have lots of repetition of shooting at goal. We add a little pressure to the finish to make it realistic. In this activity can we ask the shooting player where they may look to put the ball in to the net and what effects this decision? What technique are they using? How do we generate power and accuracy? Do we need both? This should be a fun free flowing activity allowing the players to have plenty of shots on goal.
