Cops & Robbers (15 mins)
Set Up
2 Nets
Every player has a ball except one or two
Instructions
All of the players except one or two have a ball (Robbers with a Jewel) and are dribbling on the field
The remaining player(s) (Cops) are attempting to get back the jewel and bring it to the station (Net)
If a cop takes back the jewel the robber can steal it back
If a cop puts the jewel in the police station the robber becomes a cop
Progression
Robbers work in teams of two

Ensure lots of balls at side for coach to play in each time it leaves pitch.
U5 Instructions
Players are placed onto two teams
Players are attempting to score on the opposing teams net and defend theirs
If a player scores they must touch their net before playing again
U6/U7 Instructions
Players are put into two teams
Teams play a 3v3 game against one another
If the ball leaves the field of play along the side line resume play with a new ball
If the balls leaves the field of play along the goal line resume play with a dribble or kick in from the defending team
If a team scores a goal they must run back to their net and touch it before resuming play - The team that gets scored on can begin play immediately
