Organization: 3v1, Gk starts with ball from goalkick, aim is for 3 or 4 to dribble through flags
Coach should cone off area of penalty box for 7v7 and field 25 by 30. Have an extra player for each postion and rotate. 9 needs to give full pressure.
Coaching Points: We - Make it Big, starting positions of 3 & 4 drop and open up - Passing = ball speed, direction, moment . Gk positions to play L or R, hard pass to front foot, 3 & 4 open up, hold the ball to bait the 9, play ball back to Gk in direction of the next pass, GK play pass into 3 & 4 into the depth to break a line and put 9 behind them and enter into the MF to create 2v1 with 10. 6 supports diagonally on opposite side of 3 or 4, beat the 10 of the opponent and dribble/pass into 1 of 3 goals.
Progressions / Variations: Reduce space, 3 make 5 passes before going forward.
