Players by the side of goal will play ball to players on the field who dribble at the cone and perform a skill.Players by side of goal become goalie. Then swap positions with attackers

Organization
2 fields. 4 v 4
Pick a player from opposite team. Can only tackle that 1 player. Can use other players in team to pass too.
Start off with 4 balls. We have 4 1v1s.
Progression
Reduce number of balls. Can use other players to make space and run at player. Focus more on movement off the ball
Reduce ball to 1 ball.
Extra point for a skill successfully performed.

Organization- Grid 1- 8 blues Grid 2- 8 Reds
Every players has a ball
To begin get players dribbling around grid. Raise heart rate. Then start to include moves as you go along
1.) Feint to shoot- Exaggerate shot/ head up/ arm up/ Accelerate away
2.)The Matthews- Inside to Outside- Drop the shoulder. Draw defender one way with first touch
3.) Puskas- Drag back/Standing leg needs to create enough room for ball to go through
4.) Roll over into scissors- Foot around ball- Ensure bent knee. Really fake the defender
5.) Maradona- Break it down. Two drags- Body position when turning
6.) Berbatov Spin- Standing foot behind ball/ 90 degree sturn. Take away ball with stong foot.
Progressions
When I shout switch all blues and all reds dribble to opposite grid. Middle area will be very congested. Head up.
Ask them to do a trick in the middle area and then accelerate in to other grid.
