GK starts in middle of goal or crossing pos for dif movement patterns. Drives into positive cutback and makes a block from a dead ball. Opens hips into 1st zone and makes similar block. Position back into center for volley.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Take all strikes back. Blocks add a small forward motion to simulate a drive towards goal. As GK opens to the pitch for 2nd block, challenge to step into the block. Change volley to 1/2 or strikes.

Warm up (15 mins)
Game 1
Make a circle 4 goals and place outfield players between each goal.
Outfielders pass the ball to each other through the practice then finish in any goal 1/2 touch.
Set rules such as 3-5 passes before shots. 1/2 touch finishes etc.
Game 2
Make small cone goal opposite each other and place outfield between.
Pass a ball in and challenge the GK's to stand up and react to the shots instead of coming out - if it does happen though still praise.
2x2 mins per roles e.g: 2 mins being GK's then 2 mins being "strikers", 2 mins back as GK then final 2 mins as strikers thenswap the groups over to the other game.
