Organization: Half of Quarter field at Pine Glen; One large goal and 2 mini goals. 9 players- 5 reds vs. 4 blues.
Activity: Play starts with the GK for red whose objective is to build from the back and score on the two target goals. If blue wins the ball they are scoring on red's net. All restarts beign from red's keeper to gain repetition in building from the back.
Progression:
Add a defender
Lengthen field
Coaching Points:
1. Dispersal - create width in attack (defenders are high and wide).
2. Positive touch forward.
3. Open body position - receive on back foot.
4. Scan the field - where are teammates, opponents, the ball?
5. Proper angles/distances of support.
6. Be safe - pass back/turn out when appropriate.

Organization: Half of a Quarter field at Pine Glen. Supply of balls along the outside and in the goals.
Activity: 2 teams - 5 outfield and 1 goalkeeper for each team on field. Players manage their own substitutions. Play 6v6 (including GK). LOTG apply, including retreat line. Each team plays 1-2-2-1. Mainly allow for free play simply coach over the game when necessary.
Coaching Points: Reinforce key factors and objectives from the session.

Activity: 2 teams - for each team on field. Players manage their own substitutions. Play 6v6. The team that scores will begin again from their own endline and build from the back.
