Four players from each team begin in a numbered grid and are moving with the ball in free space, focusing on control and changing directions. When the coach calls a number or color all corresponding players must get into that grid as quickly as possible then continue to be active. Coach will call reset and they will return to their original space.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Remove balls from one team. Rules remain the same but defenders stay in their grid and attempt to "knock-out" players. If ball goes out of the grid, a challenge or penalty must be completed before re-entering.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Cones should be color coordinated with one of each team. Players are dribbling freely with their own ball in their assigned grid. If Coach calls a number, they must all move into that grid. If Coach calls a color (marked by cones in the grid) they must get to that grid. Coach calls "yours" players go to their assigned color or number grid. Progression is the players must first go through the gate prior to going to the called upon grid.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Can mandate surface of the foot, R or L foot only. Focusing on touch and tight control.
