Setup:
15x15yd box (adjust to suit).
1 player on each side with a ball
4 in middle - 3 working/1defender (see diagram).
Organisation:
Players in middle receive from any outside player and play back to them using 1 touch.
Defender (passive) adds pressure from behind each player.
Rotate players.
Coaching points:
*Communication - Players in middle ask for ball (name/yes).
- Players on outside (set/man on).
*Scan/check shoulder before receiving.
Progression:
Using 1 ball, players in the middle try to combine with each other before the ball gets passed back outside the box.
Defender can tackle.

Setup:

Organisation:
Start 3yds apart and pass to each other using 1 touch.
Every 2-3 passes, player B moves back 1 yard whilst continuing to pass.
Once player B has reached his line, player A will work forwards towards B (repeat).
Coaching points:
*Power/Weight of pass - Softer when close/Harder when far.
*Use inside of foot to pass - Instep facing where you want ball to go.
*Strike centre of ball to keep on floor.

Use other foot
