Physical contact at a very early stage is something that Hellas work on consistently. They want to instil in their youngest players that physical contact is the norm in football, and so build a solid foundation from the very start.

This is a simple exercise that uses the fundamentals of rugby to emphasize physical contact.

The coach feeds in the ball to two opposing players, who by any means possible need to score a touchdown on their end zone.
