Warm Up (10 mins)
Warm Up:Organization and Set Up:
- Split the team into 2 groups, each doing rondos.
- Each rondo group split into a circle of about 10-15 yards.
Aim:Playing the Game:
- The 5 players outside of the circle try to pass the ball around among themselves (maximum 2 touches) without the 2 defenders intercepting it or winning it.
- The 5 players aim to either do 10 successful passes or split the defense and pass it through the middle (as shown on the red with 2 green defenders getting split).
- If they make 10 successful passes or pass it between the 2 defenders, they win a point each time they do either.
- If the defenders win the ball, they win a point and pass it to one of the 5 outside players to start again.
- If the 5 players on the outside win 3 points before the 2 defenders, the 2 defenders do 5 press ups and then switch with 2 people on the outside who are now the 2 new defenders. If the defenders win 3 points, first, the 5 players on the outside do 5 press ups each, and then 2 of them switch out with the 2 current defenders.
Rules:- 2 touches maximum
- The first pass is free (defenders can't intercept)
