Defending in a 352 formation. Starting from 1v1s to a 3v3 block and then a back 5.

Defending as a block of 3 (30 mins)
Organisation- 3v3 in each end zone plus a goalkeeper
- Neutrals in the middle
- Ball does not have to be played through the neutrals
- Fast, slow, low, show
- Pressure, cover, balance
- Stop the shot, do not let the player passed!
- Allow one player to go into the attacking zone to create attacking overloads

Defending in a back 5 (30 mins)
Organisation- 3v3 in each end zone plus a goalkeeper
- Neutrals are wing backs, and always defenders!
- If the neutral wins the ball they try to score on the pug nets.
- Ball does not have to be played through the neutrals
- Fast, slow, low, show
- Pressure, cover, balance
- Stop the shot, do not let the player passed!
- Wing backs drop in quickly.
- Attackers can go anywhere!
