Fields in 15x20, small goals, set of balls, 1/2 the team in pennies
COACHING POINTS / KEY CONCEPTS
Teams play 2v2. 5 minute games, change opponent
Coaching points: 1v1 defending: banana run (curved run toward attacker), skater stance (one foot forward, toes toward the ball, on balls of feet), tackle (win the ball with front foot or back foot).

Part 1: Attacking team attacks the big goal. Defending team attempts to win the ball and attack the counter goals. Stop play and restart if activity becomes slow and neither team is attacking. After goal, ball goes out of bounds, GK gets the ball, play restarts from top of the area. Play for 5 minutes, switch offense and defense. Keep score.Part 2: 3v2. Same rules as above

COACHING POINTS / KEY CONCEPTS
Part 1: Players run around cone and into the field of play. Attacking player attempts to run past the line while the defending player attempts to tag the attacker on the front of the thigh.
Coaching points: Defender: banana run (curved run toward attacker), skater stance (one foot forward, toes toward the ball, on balls of feet) to force attacker to commit to a direction
Part 2: Coach plays a ball to attacking player once they enter the zone. Attacking player attempts to dribble across the line, defender attempts to win the ball and attack across their opponents line.
Coaching points: Same as part 1, add Tackle (win the ball with front foot or back foot).
