Activity:
The players have decided to catch some surf but must be careful
not to get caught by a Sharky, players must run from one end
of the ocean to the other, if tagged by a Shark (coach) they join the
shark team.
Progression (after 5-7mins):
- Add ball, Sharks must now try to kick the surfers soccer ball out of
the ocean, if a surfers ball is kicked out they must join the shark
team.
Coaching points:
- Can players keep the ball close?
- Can players accelerate with the ball?
- Can players find space?

Game 4v4 NO GOALIES (U4-U6)
- Make sure we don't have more than 4 players from each team.
- Ask coaches to help with playing the balls back in but without standing in the middle of the field.
- Tell players when ball goes out another ball will be played in right away and coach will say "PLAY"
- No corners , goalkicks or free kicks.
- When a team scores a goal tell them to "TOUCH YOUR NET" and team that got scored on can play quickly.

Warm Up Spidertag (15mins)
Activity:
The players must run away from the Spiderman/Spiderwoman (Coaches) who are
trying to tag other players by throwing the spiderweb (pinnie), when a player is tagged by the Spiderman/Spiderwoman they must pick up the pinnie and try to tag someone else with it. Play a couple rounds and add assistant or parent as another Spiderman/Spiderwoman.
Progressions:
- If group is strong enough (U6-U7) add a ball and Spiders must hit the ball with web. If they hit it, they take the ball and player that gets tagged picks up the pinnie.
Coaching points:
- Changing direction
- Finding Space
- Keeping head up (don't bump into eachother)
