working goalkeeper starts in the middle for a low ball central. not a full scoop just getting the body low and strong hands covering as much ball area as possible.
when the ball is rolled back, the keeper looks to the second serve and closes as much space as they can before getting into a block.
from the block the goalkeeper gets as much depth as possible coming across to make a low diving save.
work on speed within the movements but slow and controlled coming to make the save.

one touch passing with goalkeeper and middle server, when middle server receives the ball back, they play one touch out to either side for a 2 touch finish, goalkeeper should read the pass/touch and cover the ground as fast as they can to make the block.
ensure keeper stays square to the ball and if they do a moving block stay in a good solid shape.
keep shots at start to along the ground keeping it close to keepers body.
can then add a first time shot either low or mid height just not top corner shots.
