Start activity with goalkeeper in set position facing forward in the center of the goal. On the "Signal" goalkeeper must backpedal to goalline then change of direction and close down the angle between first post and pole. Coach dribbles towards the goalkeeper who is closing down on an angle for a point blank save. After the save, coach steps to the side and collects a ball. Goalkeeper after save must go back to center of goal-line and get ready for a lofted ball from the coach to collect the high ball/cross ball. If goalkeeper secures high ball/cross ball, then must distribute to mini-goals. Set of 7, then alternate side. (If more than one goalkeeper, alternate sides on each ball)
