+ Progression - Coach calls a number, i.e., Coach calls "4". Players must react and touch four balls. While players are doing the task, the coach takes two balls away. The last two players to get to 4 balls are defenders. Defenders are encouraged to steal the ball from another player. If they are successful, then the player keeps the ball, and that player becomes a defender.

EndZone Game

Set up a 30x20 Field with x2 5x20 endzones at the ends of the field (blue/red). Split the group into two teams, Blue and Red.

1) Start off playing with every player having a ball. The aim is for Red to dribble the ball into the Blue's end zone and vice versa. Once a player makes it to the endzone, they must run back without a ball to their end zone, take a ball the opposition has left, and repeat the exercise.

2) Play for 90 seconds, and the team has the least balls in their endzone wins.

3) Play re-starts with every player having a ball. The coach then removes a ball every 30 seconds. Players can now defend, take the ball off the opposition, and pass to each other. Defenders are only allowed into the endzone to take an open ball. They have to defend in front of the endzone line. Play for 3 min. The team with the least balls wins.

4) Play with one ball.

5) When a team scores, they get to keep the ball and attack the opposite end.

End Zone with goals

Set up a 30x20 Field with x2 5x20 endzones at the ends of the field (blue/red). Playe blue vs. red.  Place soccer balls along the sidelines. Players must dribble the ball into the opposing team's end zone in order to have a shot on goal. Defenders can enter the endzone. Every time the ball goes out of play, any player on the team that didn't have possession before can re-start the play by dribbling in any of the balls on the outside.

+ Players can shoot from anywhere, but a goal from a player dribbling into the endzone is worth 10.
