1v1 Exercise: player 2 receive pass from player 1, who apply pressure quickly to defend. Player 2 must escape pressure to dribble through either of the red goals. Should player 1 win possession player 1 dribbles through either of the blue goals.
Players rotate positions each turn. A point is scored if players is successful dribbling through his goal. First player to score 5pts wins the game. best of 3 games, then change partners.

Organisation:
Blue 1 creates space to receive a pass from red 2 while under pressure from blue 2. Blue 1 can use back support or yellow nuetral to create a forward passing option to red 4. As soon as red 4 receives the ball from blue 1, blue 2 now becomes the attacker and the theme is repeated going in the other direction. A point is scored for every succesful forward pass, first player to reach 3 points wins. players rotate roles each game.
