Organization: Two lines out wide. Two lines with one yellow, one red in the middle. After the winger makes his second pass into the box, he goes to the middle.
Instructions: Will add a defender going at half -speed. Ball is passed to the middle from wing. Middle passes out wide. Winger once again gives low driven ball to the middle. Now, the other team, is applying defensive pressure at %50. Do for 25 minutes, swtiching teams on defense and offense at the mid-way point.
Coaching Points: Accurate passes from the wing to middle, middle to wing, and wing back to middle. The second pass from winger has to be accurate with pace and where the attacking midfielder is going to be able to one time it into the corners. Must plant non-passing foot, must lock passing foot and strike with instep low.

Organization: One line out wide. Two lines with one yellow, one red in the middle. One line by the goal. The player defending at the middle switches out. The player that comes in to defend the wing, then moves to the middle. The winger becomes the player in the middle and middle goes to the line at top.
Instructions: Will add a defender defending the winger attempting the low driven pass. Ball is passed to the middle from wing. Middle passes out wide. Now, the other team, is applying defensive pressure at %100. Do for 25 minutes, swtiching teams on defense and offense at the mid-way point. Only condition, is that the defender must let the winger receive the ball before closing him/her out.
Coaching Points: Give good passes to the back foot of the midfield player (#9) and he in turn must give a good pass to the winger. Same as before, make sure non-passing leg is planted, passing foot is locked and swing hips and give a well driven pass to the middle for a one touch into the net. Create angles for passes to be given to the foot the receiver is asking for it.

Coaching Points: Look for to switch with accurate pass. Look for space where to turn and attack. Identify the numbers game (advantage) where you can pass the ball and make it opportunities 2 v 1, to create a low driven pass to one time into the goal. Create space, widen the field.

Instructions: Make accurated pass to midfielder, make run around cones, where midfielder will give a good weighted pass for winger making the run. Winger now, gives a good driven pass for midfielder to strike on first touch between the cone and post on their side. Go for 7 minutes and then switch.
Coaching Points: Must look up, plant non-passing foot. Lock ankle on passing foot, swing hips and strike with instep. Keep ball low and on target.
Progressions: 1 progression, no defender.
