Set-Up:

- 4-5 players in each team, each team has a GK.

Instructions:

- 1) Dribbles through the cone (5-6 cones) and passes to the player standing between the gate.

- 2) The player between the gate passes to the player ahead of them standing in the square

- 3) Player in the square receives on the back foot and passes to the striking player in the middle square.

- After one team shoots the other team take their turn. Keep score, first to 5.
