Build Up - attacking third

Organization

Two sections (#1) work together:

Player on half way line enters the ball to the target, Target player plays and sets ball to the server. Defender behind plays defense. Solve the 2v1 to exit the playing area (red lines)
If serving player cuts inside and goes to goal shot must be taken before crossing the yellow line.
If player that sets the ball gets the ball back from server and attacks from the sideline he gets to the endline and serves. In this scenario the forward from the opposite #1 channel now has to sprint into the box to finish service.

After one side area plays now the middle area plays.

Again server plays ball to one of the targets, gets the ball back and now they play 3v2 to goal. Once into the red area finish must happen before the yellow line.

Progress the activity

Defenders are allowed to chase and defend outside of the red areas.

8v8 to goal - how to build the attacking arc

Repetitions of how to solve the problem of building the attacking arc.

#7 and #8 provide the width ion the attacking half.
#2 and #3 help construct the arc on either side of the #6
#9's try and hold the CB high and in the middle
#10 plays in the space underneath the #9's

A ball circulates to the weak side #7 pulls to provide width, #8 will come inside into the half space. #3,6,2 will provide the base of the arc, help secure the ball, but also protect against the counter attack on change of possession.
Organization:
White team are encouraged to build the arc and use the ideas from the previous activity to create goalscoring opportunities.on the turn over the attacking team protects against the counter attack.Black team tries to score in the pug goals
