Attack Right Side w/Mid (20 mins)

Setup with Forwards in the D
  • Ball starts with CM.  She will run left and DROP PASS to LM dropping to receive
  • LM runs and passes to RM who leads and receives
  • LS will lead to outside D and POST UP. 
  • RMpasses to POST player and receives back for pass to T SPOT for the RS to get to.
  • IF the POST UP Player is marked , We MUST pass to the baseline or Manage the ball "Possession"
  • The CM will also lead forward into the circle.
  • The SW will position herself in the area to allow for a transfer
