Progression 1
B makes a movement to his left to recieve the ball from A, B sets A who plays a long ball to C whilst B turns makes a movement and recieves a pass from C. C moves to the next lane with B playing him a ball in to that lane. As in the first session the players take the place of the player in front of them (follow their pass) the session countinues until E who dribbles the ball back to the end of the queue.

Progression 2
B makes a movement towards A as if marked to run a defender under the ball, A plays a chipped pass in to C, B spins off and collects the first time set from C, B passes the ball through to the next lane for the process to start again with D making the movement. As previous sessions the sequence continues through the grid until E who dribbles the ball back to the end of the queue

Add a goalkeeper
If you have a goalkeeper, add him in to the end of the grid as a target from E, the idea to givethe goalkeeper handling practice rather than a shot at him. E sprinting after the shot. The GK placing the ball behind him for E to dribble the ball back to the end of the queue
