3v3+4, 20x15 yd area
-Play free trying to keep possession between your teammates and neutral players on the outside
-Progression 1: in order to receive 1 point you must play target to inside player to target(see black lines in picture)
- Progression 2: If Red plays into another Red(See red lines example in picture) and they play a first time ball into a target that's 1 point OR the same way as the previous progression(target to color to opposite target) is 1 pt as well

3v3+2 to Big goals, 40x20 yd area
-Must connect 7 passes OR play side to side between targets before going to goal
- Progression 1: If you win the ball in transition, you can score a goal IF 3 passes or less. Otherwise, must connect 7 passes or play between 2 wide targets before going to goal

-Ball must go side to side between targets before a team can score a goal
-If a ball goes out of bounds, it starts with the goalkeeper of the possession team
- Progression: In transition, you can go to goal if 3 passes or less otherwise same rules apply as previous
-Progression 2: Free game with no restrictions

-Player A plays to one outside bumper and Player B plays to another. After completing those passes, they show to the opposite ball they just played to receive and find another bumper. Repeat for 1 minute then rotate out
Progression: Use 1 ball only and it starts with a bumper. Ball played into A from outside who lays it off 1 touch for B who plays ball to an outside player. B shows to the ball, receives who lays it off to A to play outside. Repeat for 1 minute before rotating
All players should get at least 2 reps
